Business Analyst – Reltio/Informatica

Job Description

Hiring an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), especially in Reltio MDM and Informatica MDM, within the Life Sciences/Pharma domain. The role involves requirement gathering, data migration, stakeholder coordination, integration analysis, and supporting MDM transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, mapping documents, process flows, transformation rules).
Work closely with business, development, QA, ETL, CRM, and client teams throughout project delivery.
Support Informatica MDM to Reltio MDM migration and data harmonization activities.
Coordinate UAT, defect review meetings, requirement discussions, and functional walkthroughs.
Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
Create and manage user stories, defects, and tasks in Jira/Azure DevOps.
Validate data integrations, mappings, transformation logic, and data quality processes.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM and Informatica MDM.
Experience in MDM migration projects preferred.
Good understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, source-to-target mappings, and enterprise data flows.
Experience with platforms like SAP, Veeva CRM, Salesforce CRM, OneKey, and Databricks is a plus.
Strong SQL, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira & Azure DevOps.
Domain Expertise
Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
Knowledge of healthcare/customer master data, data governance, GxP compliance, and MDM entities such as Customer, Product, Organization, and Payer.
