What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end execution of technical projects
• Coordinate with Developers, Designers & QA teams
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and provide updates
• Convert business requirements into technical tasks
• Track milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Support product planning and release coordination
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients
• Improve delivery quality and project processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Coordination, or Technical Account Management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of software development workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of APIs, systems, and technical requirements
• Strong documentation and problem-solving abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in Software, IT Services, OTT, or Ecommerce domains
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Product management or client success experience
• Experience writing user stories and requirement documents
