Job Description

Looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Speech Technologies
* Contribute to product strategy, technical architecture, and scalable AI system design
* Translate advanced research concepts into practical business solutions
* Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Multi-modal AI, and Machine Learning
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative AI-driven products

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning
* Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, GPT, BERT, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployment environments
* Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD, testing, and code review practices
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience leading Machine Learning projects or teams
* Exposure to Generative AI and Multi-modal AI applications
* Strong understanding of responsible and ethical AI development practices
