We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and diligent Data Quality Analyst for our back-office customer support team.

How can you make an impact?

As our new Data Quality Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our product structures. Based on our office in Noida, you will also be responsible for the solution, set-up, and maintenance of product behaviors.

This role requires working 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM ISTduring U.S. daylight savings time.
Ideal candidates will reside within 25 kmof the office location in Noida. If suitable candidates are not found within this range, we may consider those within 40 km as an exception.

What you will be doing:

Analyze data and anticipate potential problems before they occur; review reports daily and correct any issues before the close of business to eliminate bad data.
Review reports for internal errors to ensure data integrity.
Run SQL queries or BI reports established by the business and review and distribute the hold process.
Analyze our product attributes, behaviors, pricing, territory structures, and revenue codes to ensure the integrity of each product.
You will collaborate with higher-level business stakeholders to ensure data requests are completed and provide recommendations for alternative solutions based on business needs.

We’re looking for someone with:

2+ years of proven experience in Data Quality Analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL and query writing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Ability to develop solutions through research and data-driven decision making.
Good knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce would be highly advantageous.
