About The Role

At WALR, the Data Analyst is expected to deliver projects according to client specifications within the agreed timelines and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-orientated individual who can comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Work on advanced analytics: Driver analysis, Gabor granger, Van Westendorp (PSM), Segmentation, MaxDiff, Conjoint.
Discuss with internal and external clients and propose models which can best suit them to meet their research purpose.
Analyze and tabulate market research data by using Walr data tools, also deliver additional analysis requested by our clients.
Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects that meet client requirements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Being consultative: proactively suggesting improvements to the survey design, flow and suggesting alternative approaches to tackle various challenges.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality work through thorough testing and validation.
Act as a strong team collaborator, assisting colleagues when required.
Support and guide junior team members through training and mentorship.

Desired Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Market Research Operations and/or Marketing Science.
0 – 1 year Experience in Cross Tabulation.
Good knowledge in different kind of tables and weighting is added advantage.
Very good technical skills: Python, R, SPSS, Advanced Excel.
Ability to perform data validations and data manipulations.

Desired Skills

Consultative approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to commit to occasional extended work hours to meet critical goals.
Attention to detail with a precise and methodical approach to coding and documentation.
Eagerness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical expertise and emotional intelligence, motivate peers, and accept constructive feedback.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
