Job Summary:
We are looking for a AI/ML Developer to join our team and assist in designing, developing,
and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have a strong
foundation in AI/ML concepts, be proficient in programming, and have a passion for solving
real-world problems using data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models.
• Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and
data augmentation.
• Implement and fine-tune machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised,
reinforcement learning).
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to
understand project requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI models and APIs for production environments.
• Optimize model performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies.
• Document code, processes, and findings for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data
Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow,
PyTorch, YOLO ).
• Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts.
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (Preferred).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional
teams.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with MLOps and deployment of models in production.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop/Spark.
• Experience with computer vision or NLP frameworks.
• Passion for problem solving and excellent analytical skills
