Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and innovation-led Marketing Manager who understands not just what needs to be done, but why and how it impacts the brand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building brands, developing audience-specific marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels, and leading teams toward big-picture marketing goals — both online and offline.
This role is for someone who can think at a brand level, act like a campaign architect, and deliver with ownership and clarity — not someone who simply executes tasks.
Key Responsibilities
🔹Brand Strategy & Identity
Craft and drive the brand narrative, positioning, and tone across all platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints and customer journeys
Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor movements to evolve brand identity
🔹 Marketing Strategy Development
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies for B2B and B2C audiences
Build and lead both online and offline campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention
Plan GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts
Work with tech/product teams to translate technical offerings into consumer-centric messaging
🔹 Audience Targeting & Growth
Conduct audience research and segmentation to tailor messaging by persona, platform, and intent
Identify new market opportunities and develop targeted strategies to enter and expand
Use insights from CRM, sales data, and market research to optimize campaigns by audience type
🔹 Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of content creators, campaign managers, and digital vendors
Collaborate with in-house design/video teams (like Chetan) to ensure brand aesthetics are on point
Liaise with sales, tech, and product teams to align messaging, promotions, and feedback loops
🔹 Performance & Innovation
Track brand health and campaign KPIs; optimize strategies accordingly
Bring in innovative ideas, trend-led experiments, and unconventional approaches to branding
Stay updated on digital, content, and tech marketing trends to keep the brand future-forward
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in marketing with a clear brand-building track record
Demonstrated experience in developing and leading marketing strategies across B2B and B2C sectors
Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and campaign lifecycle
Excellent command over design sensibility (no execution needed — we have the team)
Knowledge of tech products or experience in promoting SaaS/hardware solutions is a big plus
A proactive team player who takes initiative and thrives in structured chaos
Based in Delhi/NCR and open to working from Okhla Phase 2
Preferably an immediate joiner
