Project Overview

Join our dynamic product team building FoxMatrix, an intelligent, AI-powered interview platform that is transforming the way companies assess and hire talent. The platform integrates machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to streamline interview processes, analyze candidate performance, and provide deep insights to hiring managers.
Built on scalable cloud infrastructure with modern tech stacks like Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI, and React, the platform ensures high performance, flexibility, and continuous learning from user behavior and feedback

Role and Responsibilities

Design and develop robust ML models for interview scoring, behavioral analytics, and recommendation systems.
Implement NLP techniques for voice-to-text conversion, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition in candidate responses.
Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to integrate AI components into the core platform.
Continuously evaluate model performance, optimize algorithms, and implement feedback loops.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation in the product.

Requirements

0.6-1.5 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in product-based environments.
Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Solid understanding of NLP techniques, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data versioning tools like DVC or MLflow.
Familiarity with CI/CD for ML models and model monitoring tools.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
