We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Corporate InvestmentBanking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and financial products, and will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking products.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
* Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
* Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of banking solutions.
* Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in banking solutions.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users and technical teams.
* Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of relevant experience of corporate banking products (e.g. Instruments, Party, Price, Rate, Rating, Transactions, Orders, Agreements, Positions, Payments, trade finance, Reference Data).
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and with team, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
