Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate LLM / AI Engineer to join a fast-growing AI-driven organization building cutting-edge solutions in the Generative AI space.
If you love working at the intersection of LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI systems, this could be a great fit.

What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML
Strong experience with LLMs & NLP systems
Practical expertise in:
Fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, BERT, LoRA, QLoRA, etc.)
RAG pipelines
Reinforcement Learning
Re-ranking models
Experience working with OpenAI APIs and open-source models (LLaMA, GPT variants, Gemini, etc.)
Solid mathematical foundations (linear algebra, probability, optimization)
Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems
