Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, experience in data analysis and reporting, and the ability to derive meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries using Advanced Excel.
Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports and provide actionable insights to support business operations.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting and analytical requirements.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, etc.).
Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period.
Candidates willing to work from the Ahmedabad office.
