Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work on data validation, data integrity, reporting, CRM systems, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with global stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data flows, interactions, and impacts across multiple systems
• Perform data validation and maintain data consistency across CRM platforms
• Create comparison reports and management reports using internal tools
• Support data migration activities and process improvements
• Document data processes, mappings, and reporting structures
• Work closely with Data Specialists and Master Data Leads
• Identify reporting opportunities and support data remediation activities
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of data modeling, validation, and IT processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
