About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Supply Chain (Retail Tech) to join our growing team and drive innovation in retail supply chain technology. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our inventory operations, warehouse management, and overall supply chain efficiency. This role demands a deep understanding of supply chain processes, inventory optimization, and warehouse automation to build scalable, tech-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own & Drive Supply Chain Tech Roadmap: Develop and execute a long-term strategy for inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, warehouse operations, business, product, analytics, and engineering teams to build seamless, data-driven solutions.
Warehouse & Inventory Optimization: Build and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Inventory Management Systems (IMS) to improve stock accuracy, order processing, and fulfillment efficiency.
Logistics & Fulfillment Strategy: Improve first-mile and mid-mile logistics efficiency by optimizing distribution centers, routing, and automation.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to optimize inventory planning, reduce waste, and ensure real-time visibility of supply chain operations.
User-Centric Solutions: Identify pain points in retail store and inventory operations to create intuitive tech solutions that empower supply chain teams.
Execution & Delivery: Own sprint planning, requirement documentation (PRDs), and work closely with engineering teams to ship high-impact features.
KPI Ownership: Define and track success metrics such as order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, warehouse processing time, and cost per order.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics
Strong understanding of retail supply chain workflows, including demand forecasting, warehouse operations, and fulfillment processes.
Experience working with WMS, IMS, or ERP systems in a high-growth retail or e-commerce environment.
Ability to use data analytics and automation to drive operational efficiency.
Hands-on experience in defining and implementing warehouse automation and inventory tracking solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
