Job Description
Title: Data Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for business analysts.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources
Design and implement data infrastructure for optimal data delivery
Automate manual processes to improve data quality and efficiency
Build analytical tools to provide actionable insights into business performance metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, product managers, and executives, to support data-related technical issues
Ensure data security and governance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Previous experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other programming languages
Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Familiarity with big data technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Must have : AWS CDK , Python and SQL
Good to have : Data Migration and AWS Glue experience.
