Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Scientist role located in New Delhi. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to address business challenges. Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting large datasets, deriving actionable insights, creating data visualizations, and utilizing statistical techniques to inform decision-making. The role will also involve optimizing algorithms, maintaining data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Data Science fundamentals, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and algorithm development
Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Analytics, and problem-solving using data-driven approaches
Experience in creating Data Visualizations to present complex insights in an understandable manner
Solid understanding of Statistics, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R and database tools is preferred
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior experience in the fintech industry is a valuable asset
