CEO Office & Strategy :
Seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong data analytics mindset and technical acumen to join the CEO Office. This role is pivotal in supporting the CEO’s strategic initiatives, driving governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, operational excellence, and a collaborative approach to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support & Governance
• Governance Framework Development: Design and implement governance structures, policies, and processes to streamline decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Program Management: Oversee and monitor strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals, providing status updates and escalation management as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the CEO in driving cross-functional projects.
2. Data Analytics & Insights
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Analyze business data to provide actionable insights for the CEO, ensuring informed decision-making.
• KPI Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Design and maintain executive dashboards and periodic reports for real-time updates on strategic priorities.
3. Operational Excellence
• Coordination & Facilitation: Act as a central point of contact for all activities in the CEO Office, ensuring timely communication and coordination across teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and other documentation required for internal and external engagements.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams to align departmental activities with the CEO’s vision.
Qualification
• Graduate / Post graduate in any field from A grade College (Pref : Finance Background)
Core Competencies
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in leveraging data for strategic insights, with expertise in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technologies relevant to business intelligence, automation, or digital transformation.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and ensure effective implementation.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
•Exp : 2- 4 Yrs of experience
