Job Description

We are hiring for L&D Specialist
Location – hashtag#UP( Not for DelhiNCR)

Job Profile:
To lead the learning and development function with the aim of identifying
skill gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that
organization objectives are met. Responsible for improving the Employee
Engagement Index across Leadership team and business by conceptualizing
and implementing various employee development and engagement

Qualification-
Master’s degree in HR, with a substantial related experience or equivalent rel‐
evant experience – Desirable
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a HR function within an industrial environ‐
ment in Multinational company
