Job Description

As a member of Kearney’s CRM team, the Junior Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting Kearney’s marketing and business development initiatives at regional and global level. By providing accurate and thoroughly researched data from various databases, including Salesforce, the CRM team empowers marketers to achieve campaign and project goals. In this role as data steward, JOA will contribute to Kearney’s business development efforts by identifying and reporting on key contacts and relationships within the target companies. This position requires a keen understanding of online research, data management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Data Management-
– Maintain the overall quality of data in CRM by performing online research, reviewing changes made by other CRM users, and identifying inaccurate/incomplete/duplicative data in the CRM
– Accurately input, update, and maintain contact and company details within the CRM

2. Marketing and BD Support-
– Support Regional & Global Marketing teams on marketing campaigns and other day-to-day requests
– Support Business Development initiatives by using Salesforce and other third-party tools to identify and report on contacts with Kearney relationships at target companies

3. Team Collaboration-
– Work on shared projects by collaborating with team members at both regional and global level, JOA will also be required to work on projects across different Kearney functions
– Participate in internal trainings and team calls, some of which may occur outside of normal business hours

4. Report and Analysis-
– Generate reports and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders (i.e., marketing campaign reports, relationship mapping, etc)

Skills Required
– Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
– Use of online databases and other resources to determine the accuracy of CRM data (company and contact details)
– Interpersonal skills to liaise and build relationships with regional and global colleagues
– Problem solving skills to be able to handle projects with some ambiguity
– Strong communication (clear and concise) both verbal and written in English
– Work independently as well as collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
– Exceptional time management to be able to handle multiple projects at once
– Intermediate knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
