The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure that the delivered software aligns with business objectives.

Job Description

Requirements Gathering :

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software projects.
Conduct meeting, workshops, and surveys to understand end-user needs.

Documentation

Create detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Communication

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
Communicate project requirements, changes, and updates effectively to all relevant parties.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within software development and business processes.
Work with stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize business operations.

Quality Assurance

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered software meets the specified requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, timeline, and requirements.
Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project success.

Data Analysis

Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance.
Support data-driven decision-making by presenting relevant findings.

Agile Methodology

Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prioritize and manage backlogs effectively

Qualifications Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
