Job Description

We are looking for skilled AI/ML Engineers to join a high-impact team working on large-scale geospatial data quality, NLP models, and ML systems at scale.

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid (Tue, Wed, Thu office | Mon, Fri remote)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Overview
You will build machine learning-based systems, develop NLP models, perform data analysis, detect outliers/anomalies, and apply data science methods to improve the quality of large geospatial datasets. The role involves development, integration, productionisation, and deployment of ML models at scale—combining data science and software engineering.

Must-Have Skills
4+ years of experience in AI/ML / Data Science
Strong Python programming expertise
Experience with LLMs, Transformers, and open-source models from Hugging Face
Strong knowledge of NLP
Experience with ML techniques: classification, clustering, feature engineering, anomaly detection, neural networks
Knowledge of classic ML algorithms: SVM, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, KNN
Hands-on with PyTorch
Experience with scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, Polars
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Extra Merit
NLP / Information Retrieval / Data Mining expertise
Statistical modeling & predictive modeling
Experience with Scala or Java
