Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (0-1 Year
experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills,
a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role offers a
great opportunity to develop a career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online, networking,
cold calling, etc.).
• Generate leads and set up meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and market trends.
Sales & Relationship Management:
• Pitch company products/services to potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Market Research & Strategy:
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in developing business strategies and sales plans.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and business development
activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel if required.
