Job Description
Location: Remote

Power BI – 8/10
Power Apps – 6/10
Power Automate – 6/10
Snowflake – 3/10 (Basic)
Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas apps preferred) to support business workflows and data capture.
Create and manage Power Automate flows for process automation and system integrations.
Work with Snowflake at a basic level for data extraction, validation, and simple transformations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand insurance use cases such as policy lifecycle, claims, underwriting, renewals, and commissions.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to best practices across the Power Platform.
Support enhancements, bug fixes, and documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX).
Working experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
Basic working knowledge of Snowflake (tables, simple queries).
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Azure services or other data warehouses.
Experience with data governance and row-level security.
Certification in Power BI / Power Platform.
