Role Details
Location: Gurugram (5 Days WFO)
Experience: 5–10 Years

What You’ll Work On

Design and build end-to-end Voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, Speaker Recognition)

Develop and optimize speech recognition and speech synthesis models

Build Conversational AI systems integrating LLMs with voice pipelines

Work on real-time audio processing, streaming architectures, and low-latency systems

Deploy scalable Voice AI solutions using cloud and MLOps best practices

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact voice experiences

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering with a strong focus on Speech/Voice AI

Hands-on experience with ASR, TTS, NLP, and Conversational AI systems

Strong expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Experience with LLM integration in voice pipelines

Strong understanding of real-time systems, scalability, and production deployment

Experience working in a high-scale product-based environment
