We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of impactful, data-driven projects that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user stories.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Project Management Support:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget.
Monitor project progress and identify risks or bottlenecks.
Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare functional requirement documents, user manuals, and training materials.
Present findings and solutions to stakeholders through structured reports and visualizations.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Identify opportunities to enhance client business processes using cutting-edge technology.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2B IT services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with digital marketing and analysis of PPC or competitor campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
