Job Description

Seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong Customer Experience (CX) and analytics expertise to analyze large-scale customer data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work with customer feedback, surveys, support interactions, and operational data using statistical modeling, machine learning, and NLP techniques to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and building dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics solutions.

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Science
3+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), Voice of Customer (VoC), or Customer Insights Analytics
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and R
Experience with Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and NLP
Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI
Experience working with NPS, CSAT, customer surveys, and feedback analytics
Knowledge of Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Strong analytical, reporting, and storytelling skills
Experience handling large and complex datasets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
