Location: Mumbai/Thane [Remote work option]
May need quarterly visit to Thane HQ
Employment Type: Full-time
Budget: max 15 LPA
Experience required: 7+ years in Software Development and Architecture
Working days: 6 Days
NP: Immediate to 15 days

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead cum Solution Architect to drive the technology strategy, lead a team of developers, and architect scalable and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in full-stack development with Python, Django, React, HTML, Bootstrap CSS, JavaScript, NoSQL & SQL databases (PostgreSQL), and cloud-based infrastructures on AWS. Experience with Flutter, AngularJS, AI/ML integration, and project management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure software architectures.
• Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into projects where necessary.
• Oversee database design and optimization (SQL & NoSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications.

2. Project Management & Execution

• Lead and manage a team of 6-7 developers across different technologies.
• Oversee project development lifecycles from planning to deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

3. Cloud & DevOps Management
• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Monitor application performance and security.

4. AI/ML & Innovation
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML for business automation.
• Implement intelligent data-driven solutions where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, Dart (Flutter).
• Backend: Django, Node.js, Flask (preferred).
• Frontend: React.js, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• AI/ML: Experience integrating ML models into web or mobile applications.
• Project Management: Agile methodologies, Jira, Git, Scrum frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in AWS, AI/ML, or Software Architecture are a plus.
• Prior experience in managing SaaS-based applications is a bonus.
