We are leading IT Industry that leverages data-driven insights to drive business decisions and create value for our clients. We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Data Analyst Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about working with data, learning new skills, and kickstarting a career in data analytics.

This is a Remote Position.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from various sources and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Data Analysis: Support senior data analysts in analysing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
Data Visualization: Help create and maintain visual representations of data through charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports for internal teams or clients based on data analysis findings.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of analysis processes, methodologies, and results.
Support in Automation: Assist in automating data-related processes using basic coding or scripting (Python, SQL, etc.).
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as business analysts and project managers, to support data-driven initiatives.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any other related field.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data manipulation is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings to non-technical team members.
Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiastic about developing technical and analytical skills in a real-world business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic projects related to data analysis, statistics, or data visualisation.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts (basic level) is a plus.
