Programming Languages: Python, R, Java, or Scala
DevOps and Automation: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including AWS CloudFormation, AWS Code Pipeline, and CI/CD pipelines.

Role& Responsibilities –

· Machine Learning Model Development: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using AWS SageMaker for predictive analytics, public service improvements, and largescale data processing.

· Data Pipelines and ETL: Develop and optimize data pipelines using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and AWS Data Pipeline to preprocess, clean, and transform large datasets for machine learning.

· AI Services Integration: Leverage AWS AI services such as AWS Rekognition (for image/video analysis), Amazon Comprehend (for natural language processing), and Amazon Polly (for texttospeech) in various public service applications.

· Realtime Data Processing: Implement real time data streaming, analysis, and decision making systems using AWS Kinesis, AWS IoT, and Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK) for applications like traffic management or public safety monitoring.

· Model Monitoring and Optimization: Use AWS CloudWatch and SageMaker Model Monitor to ensure the reliability and accuracy of deployed machine learning models, and continuously improve performance through iterative model retraining and tuning.

· Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with public sector standards using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), AWS Key Management Service (KMS), and Amazon GuardDuty for the protection of sensitive information.

· Scalable Solutions: Design scalable machine learning architectures using AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and AWS Fargate, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance for critical public services.

· Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with public sector stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide actionable insights through data analysis and machine learning.
