Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that align with business goals.
Model Development: Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and enhance decision-making.
Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to present findings and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs, deliver insights, and drive data-driven strategies.
Data Cleaning and Preparation: Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis to ensure quality results.
Experimentation and Hypothesis Testing: Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and analyze the impact of different business initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance analytical capabilities.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in the IT sector.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Analytical Skills: Strong statistical analysis and mathematical modeling skills, with a deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work with large datasets.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share insights and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
