Duties And Responsibilities

Data-Driven Strategy: Work closely with senior management to support the development and execution of strategic business plans using data insights to drive growth.
Business Operations Analysis: Dive into daily business operations data, identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across multiple departments (sales, inventory, etc.).
Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data to provide insights that can shape our business strategy and give us a competitive edge.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify business challenges and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, etc.) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with Tableau or other analytics platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

About Company: Creme Castle is a D2C bakery brand that specializes in bringing premium and global bakery products to the mass segment. It is the only brand in India that can make custom cakes in 2 hours at the price of regular cake. The brand has 3 outlets so far in Delhi NCR and has recently secured funding to expand its presence in Delhi NCR and neighboring cities with 20 outlets (offline and online) in the next 18 months.

The brand is also due to come on a prominent Business TV Show in India in the next few weeks which will catalyze the reach of the brand on a national level. Founded by Pranjay Mittal, an IIT Delhi and FMS Delhi alumnus along with his mother Veena Mittal who is a chef.

The company plans to reach 100 crore ARR by FY 26 and be amongst the top national bakery brands of India.
