Data Scientist – Credit Cards Analytics

Job Description

We are looking for Data Scientists with 2–3 years of experience to join our Credit Cards Analytics team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about leveraging data to solve complex business problems, develop predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities.
Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and statistical models.
Build machine learning models to support business decision-making.
Perform customer segmentation, risk analysis, and behavioral analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Present insights and recommendations through reports and visualizations.
Monitor and improve the performance of analytical models.

Required Skills:

2–3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and data visualization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Cards Analytics.
Knowledge of customer analytics and risk analytics.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies is an added advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
