Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using enterprise BI tools. You will work with data from Oracle Data Warehouse and application systems to deliver accurate, insightful, and user-friendly reports.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
Consume and analyze data from Oracle Data Warehouse and enterprise application systems.
Design effective charts, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Create and maintain a high volume of reports with simple to moderately complex business logic.
Ensure data accuracy, report usability, and overall reporting quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Optimize dashboards for performance and user experience.
Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence and dashboard development.
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Primary BI Tool).
Good working knowledge of Power BI.
Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Ability to manage and deliver a large number of reports efficiently.
Experience working with Oracle Data Warehouse and enterprise data sources.
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with Apache Superset.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on reporting accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
